LOST IN FOG DISTRO CLOSING - HUGE SALE



Due to my life changing a little faster than I can keep up with it's with sadness I say that at least for now, the distro portion of Lost in Fog is ending. I LOVE doing this distro but unfortunately I can no longer keep up with many hours the distro demands for packing orders, admin and hauling that giant black box of records around.

The label and tour booking portion of Lost in Fog will continue however be perhaps a little quieter during 2020. I've discounted all the distro stock (excluding some label releases) from 20% - 60% off.


TAKE THIS SHIT OFF MY HANDS! Happy to give discounts for bulk buys and of course pick up in Melbourne is always available.

PUNKS FOR ROJAVA! Solidarity is a weapon!

The current level of brutality in the world is shocking and leaves us speechless. As incomprehensible as it all may be, we cannot let ourselves fall into a state of shock. We need to transform our speechlessness into cries of protest. It is time to give voice to our rage and fight the conditions in the world that are making us sick and leaving others dead. It is time to take a stand!

We cannot lose our solidarity in this cold world because it is our weapon in the fight for a humane existence.

In order to help break the silence and to show solidarity with the people and the revolution in Rojava, we - a collective of DIY Record Labels from all over the world – will be donating 25% of our proceeds in the coming week to the humanitarian aid organization Cadus and the Jinwar Free Woman’s Village. Because ours is a collective struggle.

Get active and take part in demonstrations and protests. The fascist aggression of the turkish army is also an attack upon us and our ideals.

It may seem small, but it’s a start!

UBIK 'NEXT PHASE' MLP MELBOURNE LAUNCH SHOW - NOV 30TH



The next big thing coming up on the Lost in Fog calendar is the Ubik 'Next Phase' MLP launch! The record is being released on Iron Lung Records in the USA however is being distributed in AUS/SEA/NZ by Lost in Fog.

Ubik are launching the new record Saturday Nov 30th at the Curtin with special guests The Uglies (SA) playing their first show in Melbourne since 2017, Bitumen & Vampire.

I'm running around like a headless chicken getting the last things ready for the East Coast Leg of the Generacion Suicida + Paranoias 2019 Australian Tour!

Generacion Suicida played an amazing live to air set on PBS 106.7FM Studio 5 Live last Thursday Sept 26th. You can listen back to the live set here when it's uploaded.


All the GS merch is ready to go, we've got the sick tour t-shrits and long sleeves featuring the art of Sam McKenzie. Also a classic GS tshirt design, badges and the limited edition Australian tour tape, which is now up for full streaming via the Lost in Fog bandcamp.

Next show we're involved in! LIF bosslady Tessa's collective radio show Satellite Skies is putting together a 3CR Community Radio Radiothon benefit show Friday Sept 13th! LIF bands Lái and Ubik are playing along with heaps of other sick acts, bands and DJ's.

The show is a benefit for 3CR & Grandmothers Against Removals

So yes, criminally I (Tessa aka boss lady of Lost in Fog Records) have completely neglected the Lost in Fog blogspot, seemingly our last post was literal years ago. But never fear those of you not on social media the blogspot is back! And what better way to get back into things than with a sick tour announcement. South Central Los Angeles (USA) Generacion Suicida started as a side project in a garage circa 2010 but since then has continued to blow the doors open for Latin American punk by continuously writing, recording, and releasing some of the best up-beat punk to date. G.S. is well versed with both male and female vocals, harmonising melodic song structures while keeping it short and to the point.
Since their inception in 2010, G.S. has accumulated a fairly vast discography with 16 releases in total. G.S. are undertaking their Australian tour off the back of their most recent release the “Reflejos” LP, out now. Renowned for their energetic live performances and relentless global touring Generacion Suicida will mark off Australia as one of the last continents for the band to visit.

To accompany their September/October Australian tour Lost in Fog Records (Australia) will be releasing a limited edition tour cassette featuring previously unreleased material and B-sides.

GS continues to push forward, existing as 4 friends Tony, Kiwi, Mario, & Elias who together Love punk and pushing the boundaries of what is possible within the DIY music scene.
